The best real estate agents in today's Chico marketplace are becoming even better about marketing the homes they list to the public, and to other agents who have potential buyers.

When you are interviewing local prospective real estate agents to help you sell your home, one important question to ask is how they typically find buyers.  It's now a things of the past for many new, progressive real estate agents to merely slap up  a "For Sale" on the front lawn, the add the basic information to the Multiple Listing Service, and possibly add a Sunday classified ad and do an "open house".

The progressive agents today are much more sophisticated and pro-active about getting people into their homes.
